Install New Complete Rheem High Efficient Furnace and Air Conditioning System

(For homes with existing furnace and air conditioning system of equal type and design)

WE PROPOSE TO PROVIDE INSTALL & SERVICE THE FOLLOWING:

 

Equipment Components:

Install (1) Rheem 75,000 BTU 80% Efficient Gas Furnace with Factory Insulated Cabinet (Model R801P)

Install (1) Rheem High efficiency 2.5 ton, 13 SEER, R-410A Condenser unit (Model R13A)

Install (1) Matching Cased ADP Evaporator Coil With Expansion Valve

Install (1) Digital Programmable Thermostat (Model Pro1 T805)

 

Duct System:

Install new 26-gage sheet metal plenum transition for supply and return air duct system

Seal all metal to metal joints with approved sealant

Insulate all exposed sheet metal with 1.5” insulation (Required in unconditioned areas only)

Check all accessible ducting connection and do minor sealing if needed

 

Additional Work:

1)       Install a new AGA-approved lever handle cut-off valve and ridged black iron gas line between new furnace and existing gas

              piping

2)       Install new condensate drain line connection from evaporator coil to existing 3/4" drain.  (1) primary & (1) safety back-up

              pan if required

3)       Connect furnace venting to existing chimney liner or approved flue. 

4)       Flush existing refrigeration lines

5)       Install required electric circuits with disconnect switch to furnace and a weatherproof conduit connectors at the condenser

              unit

6)       Install all required pads and platforms to support new equipment

7)       Recover existing refrigerant for EPA recycling 

8)       All work to be performed in a neat and professional manner sweeping, dusting and vacuuming will be accomplished at 

              conclusion at each day of work (approximately 2 day) and all debris and old eqipment will be removed from the

              premises

9)       Start-up system and cycle to verify proper operation according to manufactures specifications

10)     All required labor for the above mentioned job is included in price
